R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently completed a comprehensive roofline improvement project in Leybourne, near Maidstone. The work included the installation of eaves support trays, a new dry verge system, and replacement ridge tiles to improve both the performance and appearance of the roof.
Eaves support trays were fitted to provide essential support for the roofing felt, helping to prevent sagging and ensuring rainwater is directed efficiently into the guttering. A modern dry verge system was installed to securely protect the roof edges while providing a maintenance-free, weather-resistant finish. Finally, new ridge tiles were fitted using a durable fixing system, enhancing the roof’s strength and long-term resilience against the elements.
The completed project has given the property a clean, modern appearance while significantly improving its weather protection and reducing future maintenance requirements.
