R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently carried out a complete flat roof transformation for a client in Sevenoaks, Kent.
This project involved a full strip-back and the installation of a brand-new structural deck to provide a perfectly level and solid foundation. For the roof covering, we installed a high-performance EPDM rubber roofing system. Known for its incredible durability and seamless finish, this rubber membrane offers a modern, leak-proof solution with a life expectancy of over 50 years.
By replacing both the timber decking and the waterproof membrane, we have ensured this property has a high-quality, low-maintenance flat roof that is built to last.
