R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently completed an extensive exterior renovation in Hastings, involving a new flat roof installation, essential chimney maintenance, and full roofline upgrades.
The project focused on providing long-term durability and protection for the entire property. We installed a new high-performance flat roof and upgraded the roofline with low-maintenance UPVC fascia boards and a brand-new guttering system to ensure efficient drainage.
Attention was also given to the property’s chimney, which was professionally repointed and re-flaunched to prevent water ingress and structural wear. Additionally, we re-fixed the lead flashing to ensure a watertight seal and installed a modern dry ridge system along the top of the main roof, providing a secure, maintenance-free finish that eliminates the need for traditional mortar.
