R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently completed a full flat roof renewal for a property in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The project began by carefully stripping out the existing tiles around the flat roof area. We then installed a durable three-layer torch-on felt system, consisting of two underlay layers and a high-quality mineral-finished cap sheet. This provides a robust, weather-resistant surface designed for long-lasting protection.
Once the new flat roof covering was complete, all hanging tiles were professionally reinstated to preserve the appearance and finish of the property. Finally, we repointed the ridge tiles surrounding the flat roof, helping to secure the roofline and ensure a neat, watertight result.
