R & A Roofing & Sons LTD has recently completed a comprehensive ridge maintenance project in Tunbridge Wells, covering both the main house and the garage.
To ensure the highest level of protection, we first installed new felt and battens along the ridgeboards of both structures. This was followed by the installation of a modern dry ridge system, providing a mechanically fixed, ventilated, and maintenance-free solution that removes the need for traditional mortar.
During the works, we conducted a thorough inspection of the roofs, replacing several broken tiles to restore the integrity of the tiling. To finish the job, we cleared and cleaned all guttering, ensuring the entire drainage system is free-flowing and ready for the elements.
