R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently carried out a full re-roof for a property in Kingsnorth, Ashford, delivering a complete, weatherproof finish from ridge to gutter.
The project began with a complete re-roof of the property, stripping back and replacing the roofing to give a strong, secure base for all the works that followed. To protect the vulnerable junctions, we fitted new lead gulleys to the chimneys and refixed the leadwork, creating a seamless, watertight seal that removes any risk of water ingress. We then installed a modern dry ridge and dry verge system along the roofline, providing a secure, mechanically fixed, and maintenance-free finish. Finally, we replaced the existing fascia boards and gutters with new UPVC fascias and gutters, neatly aligned to guarantee efficient rainwater run-off across the entire property.
