R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently carried out comprehensive roof maintenance and weatherproofing works for a property in South Down, Kingsnorth, Ashford.
The project involved installing a modern dry ridge system along the roofline, providing a secure, mechanically fixed, and maintenance-free finish. We gave detailed attention to the property’s flashings by refixing and applying a seamless fibreglass waterproofing seal to the leadwork across the chimneys, window bays, and the top of the chimney stack to eliminate any risk of water ingress.
To restore proper rainwater run-off, we completely re-cemented the roof valleys on both sides from top to bottom, ensuring a neat, solid, and watertight channel. Finally, all guttering was securely refixed and aligned to guarantee efficient drainage across the entire property.
