R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently carried out targeted slate roof repairs and specialised waterproofing work for a property in Tunbridge Wells.
The project focused on addressing localized damage and securing vulnerable roof junctions. We carefully removed and replaced several cracked and broken slates, restoring the overall integrity and appearance of the slate roof covering.
Special attention was given to the lead detailing around the roof and dormer features. Our team redressed all existing lead flashings and front dormer valleys to ensure a snug, precise fit before sealing them with a durable fibreglass application, providing a seamless and long-lasting barrier against water ingress.
