R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently completed a roof maintenance project in Bexhill.
The work began with removing moss from the roof, followed by the installation of a new dry ridge system. The existing lead flashing was carefully redressed and sealed using a grey fibreglass sealant to help protect the roof from water ingress.
Any broken tiles were replaced, and the entire roof was finished with a brown protective coating. To complete the project, the gutters were thoroughly cleaned.
