New Slate Roof Replacement in Maidstone, Kent
R & A Roofing & Sons LTD recently completed a full slate roof replacement for a property in Maidstone, Kent.
As part of the project, the existing roof was replaced with new slate tiles, creating a durable and attractive finish. We also installed new fascias, soffits and guttering to improve the property’s roofline and provide effective rainwater drainage.
The chimney was also renewed as part of the works, helping to improve the overall condition and weather protection of the roof. To bring more natural light into the property, three new Velux roof lights were installed, providing a brighter and more welcoming interior.
